Who would you want taking the last shot in a game?

The games on the line, who you takin'

-Kobe Bryant

-Carmelo Anthony

-Gilbert Arenas

-Michael Redd

-Lebron James

-Dwyane Wade

I took this poll at nba.com and just wanted to know who would you choose and why. Kobe dominated the poll with having about 45 states in the U.S. and around 50% of the international community. And I don't want to hear any Kobe haters, **** all of you Kobe haters, I don't need to hear you bull **** comments. Keep it to yourselves and do whatever you Kobe haters do.

I've never liked Kobe Bryant's personality, or swagger, and I think last season, in particular, he was a very selfish player. But, this season, he seems to be making more of an effort to let all his teammates get involved, and, as a result, I think the Lakers are a better team because of it, and have a chance to go deeper into the playoffs. He's definitely Mr. Clutch right now in the NBA, and has been, ever since MJ retired. Arenas is coming on strong though, and Wade really showed a warriors heart by bringing the Heat back from a 2-0 defecit in the Finals last year against Dallas. But for now, I'd still rather have Kobe, then anyone else, when it comes to taking that last shot. One player you didn't mention on your list, whose been flying under the radar of most NBA fans, but has hit close to a dozen game winning shots for his team over the last couple years, is Mehmet Okur, of the Jazz. And don't forget, Robert Horry. That guys made practically made a living for himself out of hitting big shot, after big shot, in the playoffs (no matter what team he's played for).

Clutch shots in the regular season don't really matter unless your playoff hopes are on the line. Now in the playoffs that's when it counts. With that being said you go with Kobe, Dirk, Lebron, Nash. Wade is nice but he's not really clutch. Lebron is more likely to pass than to take the last shot. So that leaves Kobe, Dirk, and Nash. With the way that they are shooting now, I'd say 1. Dirk 2. Kobe 3. Nash. And no I'm not hating on Agent Zero but he missed 2 free throws in the playoffs and didn't advance. So he still has to prove he can make the shots when they count. Some honarable mentions: Billups, Mcgrady, and probably the best Clutch Shooter still in the game ROBERT HORRY!!!
Gilbert. . .hes showed up big this whole yr so id count on agent 0
Michael Redd!
i will count on Kobe Bryant first, gilbert arenas second, dwayne wade third. They all are miracle players with a few seconds left and win the game. Kobe can make a shot anywhere, and so can gilbert but i choose kobe first. ~~
Dirk
sasha vujacic
well i mean u don't want to just give up if ur losing and there's like 5 seconds left if u miss it then ya every1 i guess will be disappointed but then again if u make it every1 would be real happy n stuff
Steve Nash,hands down.
Melo!!!! best clutch shooter in the league!!!
Kobe is aight and even better is Arenas but my money would be on Iverson as he is clutch...Iverson is much more poised than everyone else but kobe is not far behind.

1 Iverson

2 Kobe

3 Arenas

4 Nash
Kobe is the man but right now Agent 0 is hot so 1.Arenas 2.Kobe 3.Melo
Right now?

At this moment?

Give me Agent Zero: Gilbert Arenas.
dirk dont care bout others cause not on dallas.
Vince Carter!!!!!!!!!!
Kobe of course...you know why? you dont have too. Thats who he is.
Dirk Norwitzki
Dirk, statistically the best shooter from any spot on the court.
The way Gilbert Arenas has been shooting the rock so far this season, he'd be my first choice. Kobe and Tmac tied for 2nd, especially when they get into that freaky zone they get into and where they just hit crazy-azz shots like they're nothing. Michael Redd and Carmelo tied for 3rd.

Gilbert, Kobe and Tmac are freaks with all the ways they can score.
Gilbert Arenas is really in form...but thats this year

But as a huge Kobe fan, KOBE!!!

Just witness NBA Finals 2004 against the Pistons.
