We are considered #1 in terms of competition, and the league in Spain is considered second to the US. Macabi Tel Aviv of Israel is also a good team. Italian(a lot of the Argentian players played here before heading to the NBA) league is good honing the skills of then-prospects Emanuel Ginobli, and Andres Nocioni. Serbia-Montenegro fielded very good teams in the past, they're Olympic team was a powerhouse in the past consisting of Peja Stojakovic, Vlade Divac, Radmonovic, etc. but they politically dissolvement ruined them splitting the country post-2004 Olympics. The French do below average in world games but they have been producing good talent in their league in France. Tony Parker plaed in the EU-18 league prior to be drafted by the Spurs.
